At Falconics, we offer exchanges only in cases where the product received is damaged or incorrect. If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video proof, and our team will assist you with the exchange process.

We do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind or personal preference.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
